Refund Policy

Damages and Issues

We have a 30-day refund policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and put it right straight way.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Non-Returnable Items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on hoodies, totes and hip packs.

Products carrying the T.Y.C logo are created on-demand especially for you. We do not hold stock and neither do our supplies. We do this to limit waste and the carbon footprint left on our beautiful planet.

Please do not order multiple sizes or colours with the view to return one.

We have provided a sizing chart to help you. Please check carefully before placing your order.

 

Exchanges 

Canvases & Cushion Covers

Every return and print carries a carbon footprint so we encourage you not to return items. We are doing our best to reduce carbon emissions; to protect our planet. Perhaps you may like to donate your unwanted canvas or cushion cover to a loved one instead.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your photo and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability as every return has a carbon footprint. 

To be eligible for a full refund, please send a picture of the damaged item to support@tieyourcamel.shop. Once we have inspected the photo and approved your refund, you can either keep the item or donate it.
